I wrote a blog a couple months ago about the ability of a tongue scraper to eliminate bad breath. This Soylent challenge is eliminating that progress.
My body is beginning to smell like the stuff I'm eating. Considering, "you are what you eat," this makes sense. It's all part of the challenge.
I wish I could eat a mint :(
- Breath is uncontrollable
- Energy is incredible
- Vertigo is gone
- Miss chewing food
- Social interactions are getting less awkward for me
